The Fenton Conference Centre is a purpose-built conference and events centre right within our hotel complex.
It is made up of four large conference rooms – The Miro, Tawa and Rimu rooms and the Kauri Room.
The Miro, Tawa and Rimu Venues all feature fold-back walls. The Miro and Rimu rooms can be combined to form one larger venue and so too can the Rimu and Tawa Rooms.
For a grand gala dinner, very large conference or special event, all 3 venues can be combined to form the very versatile Fenton Room. Also dubbed ‘The Ball Room’, the expansive Fenton Room can host up to 550 guests theatre-style for a really stand-out event!
The Kauri Room hosts up to 150 guests.

The Fenton Conference Centre boasts a stylish entrance with floor-to-ceiling windows, leading out to the large free Carpark with 100 car spaces for your delegates.
